Head of HR Partnering
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. You will lead the HR Partnering team and the HROD Services team to provide a high quality and proactive service to the University. You will also be a member of the department's senior leadership team and will be responsible for helping us to deliver important elements of the newly developed People Strategy.

HROD Services Manager
This is a newly created role which will be responsible for leading a team of HR administrators in delivering a high quality and timely service to the University. You will focus on the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new staff as well as ensuring that the academic and professional development programmes are scheduled and organised effectively.

HR Data, Governance and Compliance Manager
This is a newly created role which will provide leadership and specialist advice and support in the areas of data, governance and compliance. You will be responsible for defining and implementing a strategic approach to data analytics,ensuring the provision of strategic HR management information and performance data. You will also maintain oversight of the University's HR regulatory obligations and liaise with appropriate external organisations.
