Use the address list to select someone to email in Outlook
Using the Outlook address list helps to ensure you choose the correct recipient and avoids mistakes that can happen when relying on Auto-Complete suggestions in Outlook Mail.
Open Outlook...
- Click New Email.
- Click To or Cc to open the University Address Book.
- In the Search box, type the name of the person you want to send email to, and click their name once to highlight it.

- Click To, Cc, or Bcc to add them to the appropriate field.

- Select more names if needed, then click OK.
- Continue writing your email and send as usual.
