Human Factors Specialist
Summary:
In response to industry need, the Human Factors Specialist master’s degree apprenticeship has been developed by an industry trailblazer group of 20 organisations who have identified a clear need for the training and recruitment of Human Factors personnel. The existing Ergonomics and Human Factors MSc at Loughborough University has a world-renowned reputation and will serve as the basis for the academic delivery, in addition to the essential workplace and personal development activities required of the apprenticeship.

Infrastructure Asset Management
Summary:
This Apprenticeship has been designed to help managers and leaders achieve this standard and develop more sustainable organisations. This part-time Infrastructure Asset Management Professional Apprenticeship is particularly relevant if your organisation is looking to invest in its current and future asset management leaders to build your strategic capabilities. The Apprenticeship covers the latest theories and thinking in areas such as personal effectiveness, strategy, performance management, operations, risk and resilience, entrepreneurship, information management and leading change.

Digital Manufacturing Engineering Leader
Summary:
The Apprenticeship Standard on which our programme is being built is currently still in development but is being designed to ensure that those successful in completing the programme can provide technology leadership in the digital transformation of an organisation’s manufacturing operations, as well as leading people, technology, programs, business process development, and governance across their organisation.
