About this event

On Sunday 6 October, Love Loughborough will be welcoming students to Loughborough by holding a Fresher’s Expo in the town centre. This innovative event will give the town’s businesses a chance to showcase their offers to the all the students who will make Loughborough their home for the next few years.

Stalls will include food and drink, yoga, health and fitness, plants, retailers and entertainment as well as lots of practical advice for students and lots of discounts and offers.

Love Loughborough BID Manager Lisa Brown said ‘There are thousands of new and returning students arriving in Loughborough over the next few weeks and our businesses are eager to showcase what they have to offer. By creating this new event it gives our businesses a great opportunity to provide offers and discounts to students at one fun and informative Expo.'

The event has been created and delivered by Love Loughborough in partnership with Charnwood Borough Council Market and Fairs and is sponsored by: The Corner House, Boujee Burger, Church of the D20, Dallas Chicken, Oodles, Boo Burgers, Phantom Bar & Kitchen, S.O.A.K.
