The work will take place from 8pm-6am (not including Saturday or Sunday nights) and will affect the following areas:

• A6004 Epinal Way
• Alan Moss Road
• A512 Ashby Road
• Hospital Way
• Haydon Road
• Garendon Road

Please note access to the Hospital, as well as the Fire and Ambulance Station will maintain 24-hour access. If your home is located within the area where the roadworks are taking place, please ensure suitable provisions are made to avoid the restriction causing issues for you when accessing your property between the times stated above. Traffic marshals will be on-site to direct local traffic and assist with access to properties.

Bus stop services on Epinal Way adjacent to the Hospital (southbound) and Fire Station (northbound) will be directly affected after 8pm (Monday – Friday) as well as other stops around the closure. We recommend contacting your bus operator before travelling. 

Please be mindful that this work will involve the movements of large plant and machinery within the carriageway, including reversing manoeuvres.  New road surfaces are very hot when first laid, please take precautions when accessing via vehicles, cycles or on foot.
