AACSB accredit the best business schools in the world, known worldwide as the longest-standing and most recognised form of specialised accreditation that an institution and its business programmes can earn. Accreditation is a voluntary, non-governmental process that includes a rigorous external review of a School's mission, faculty qualifications, curricula and ability to provide the highest quality programmes.

Speaking about the news, Professor Jan Godsell, Dean of LB, said: “I am delighted we have achieved AACSB accreditation for a further five years. This is testament to the hard work and commitment from all colleagues in LB to deliver education, research and innovation to the highest global standards.

“At the heart of the AACSB accreditation process is a culture of continuous improvement and purpose. Our students and alumni engage with us to progress and achieve their individual potential, whilst organisations collaborate with us to achieve a purpose beyond profit. This is at the heart of the LB strategy ‘Progress with Purpose’.

“By 2030, we aim to be the first-choice business school for purpose-led people and organisations.”
