In addition, the conversion rate of applications to confirmed offers was impressively strong, demonstrating the quality of students at Loughborough and the knowledge and skills they can bring to businesses. 

JLR runs renowned graduate schemes and undergraduate 12-month placement programmes in an innovative and supportive environment where students and graduates apply their learning in a real-world experience that prepares them for a rapidly changing world.  

The scheme provides opportunities within various departments and roles, and Loughborough students have secured roles in the following areas: Business Strategy and Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and Data Analytics, Finance, Creative Design, Human Resources, Engineering and Industrial Operations.  

The University’s Careers Network will continue to work closely with JLR again for the next academic year, as well as many other organisations across the UK and beyond.
