Administrative staff: Announcing the inaugural Advance Programme

After collecting and evaluating your feedback, Organisational Development are pleased to announce a new development programme specifically aimed at members of the administrative job family.

This highly participative programme will explore personal effectiveness and introduce cultural competence. It will consider how to build confidence, developing influencing skills thereby building better working relationships and much more.

Each cohort will have four core face-to-face modules and will then self-select at least two further ‘Advance lite’ online modules that will be specific to you and your job role. 

Organisational Development are now recruiting for the first cohort commencing September 2024. If you would like to find out more, there will be two briefings available to attend (please ensure you are logged into my.HR before clicking the links below):

All potential participants must complete an expression of interest form and submit this by Monday 8 July. For you to commit to attending all the modules, it is important that you discuss your attendance with your manager prior to completing the form. 

Applicants and their managers will be informed whether they are being invited to this first cohort in July.

Future cohort dates are planned for April 2025 and November 2025.
