The open days attract thousands of visitors to the Loughborough campus each day. This year, the events continue to be extremely popular and therefore staff should be advised that on these days campus will be exceptionally busy and we expect parking to be limited.

Staff who are not required to be on campus to support the open days, and who are able to do so within the remit of their role, are asked to consider working from home on the Friday.

Those who need to be on campus and need to drive to work are advised to enter via the East Entrance and park in a car park located on the East Park wherever possible. Staff who live more locally may wish to consider walking, cycling or running to work to avoid any difficulties with parking or traffic. The Kinch Sprint bus service which runs from Loughborough train station through town to Holywell Park, will be free of charge from 7am until 6pm.
