Service Expectations

This project will develop a tiered service offering that helps to maximise the effectiveness of RIO support based on positive working relationships with academic colleagues and clearly defined expectations on both RIO and academic staff.

Project aim

To improve the strategic alignment of RIO resources which maximises the benefits achieved from RIO support. In addition, to build enhanced relationships between RIO staff and academic colleagues and develop proactive involvement with external partners and agencies.

Scope and workstreams

The project will focus on four key areas:

  • Defining a tiered professional service offering
  • Mapping and communicating expectations

  • Developing mechanisms for proactive involvement with external partners and agencies

Timeline

We aim to complete this project by Summer 2025.
