Decommissioning of JISC Online Surveys V2
Jisc Online Surveys v2 (www.onlinesurveys.ac.uk) will be decommissioned on Wednesday 31 July 2024. Existing surveys in v2 will be deleted. You must export any v2 response data ahead of the Wednesday 31 July 2024 switch-off date – please refer to our guidance for more information. (onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk/helpandsupport/faq-for-online-surveys-admins/)
Many users have already made the transition to the latest version, Online Surveys v3 (app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk). We encourage you to upgrade to v3 to ensure uninterrupted service and access to the latest features.
To initiate the upgrade please go to app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk and type your university email address. Follow the prompts and you will be emailed a verification code to access V3.
