As part of your Mitigating Circumstances claim you MUST provide one or more pieces of independent supporting evidence. Further information on what constitutes supporting documentation can be found in the Student Handbook. 

Please upload any documents that are relevant to your Mitigating Circumstances Claim now. If you do not have all your documents available, please move to the next step and submit your claim. You will be able to update your claim with further documents at a later date but prior to the submission deadline.

Please note that you should NOT submit photographic evidence of injuries or illness.
