I confirm that I understand the implications of my reassessment choices, including:

• How they will affect my ability to successfully complete my programme.
• That I cannot progress to the next Part of my programme, including starting a placement year, or graduate, until I have taken my reassessments and met the requirements for the current Part. 
• That by declining the opportunity to take reassessment in any of the assessments listed, I am forfeiting my right to retake the exam or coursework component at a later date.*   
• The financial implications (including the impact upon my student loan, where applicable).
• That I will be required to pay reassessment fees for any resits I am registered to take
• The impact upon my Tier 4/Student visa and subsequent eligibility for the Graduate Route visa, and/or ATAS clearance (where applicable).
