If you would like to view the outcome of a mitigating circumstances claim (if applicable), please log on to the Mitigating Circumstances system. Once you are logged into the homepage of the system, scroll down to the section titled "I want to check the status of a claim that I have previously submitted"; the outcome for your claim will be listed here.
