Equipment - Fabricsonic Sonic Layer™ R200 for Sheet Lamination
The Sonic Layer R200 is the newest machine in the AMRG Group. This version works with two transducers for higher powers of 9 kW to enable the consolidation of thicker metal foils. The transducers work in a push-pull system.
The system has a 3-axis CNC milling head with a 25HP 8000 rpm spindle and a bed dimension of 101 mm x 61 mm. Research metals include copper, iron, aluminium, nickel, titanium, silver and gold.
