Opportunity to train as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the National Rehabilitation Centre

The National Rehabilitation Centre are looking for some committed, enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to train as Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) and join their acute care skills team.

Successful applicants will undertake an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice as an apprentice at The University of Nottingham on our established three year ACP training pathway. As part of that training, you will be based within the East Midlands Major Trauma Centre, to gain acute care skills as well as complete core competencies with supervision and teaching from Major Trauma Consultants.

Once the NRC opens at the end of 2024, you will then transfer to the NRC becoming part of the senior clinical team with responsibility for the ongoing acute care of patients who are recovering from major trauma or serious illness.

Successful candidates will have good experience and knowledge of acute care pathways, an understanding of specialist rehabilitation for patients as well as a strong desire to work at the NRC.

Applications are open until 19 August 2022: https://bit.ly/3ISbD7c
