During 23 years in the RAF, Craig completed a PhD examining the effect of leadership on resilience within the military. This research led to the Veterans’ Resilience Programme being developed.

Dr Jamie Barker is a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist with the British Psychological Society with over 20 years of experience working in business, professional sport and the military.

Dr Kristen Clements’ role is to facilitate the translation of existing sports science, clinical & public health research to inform the development of health services & educational materials.

Dr Iuliana Hartescu is a sleep scientist, specialising in insomnia and its treatment, and the application of sleep science to public health issues.

Carola oversees the development and delivery of the wellbeing strategy of the RAF Association. Her background is in nutrition and exercise with a focus on mental health and brain performance.
