If you join Loughborough through Clearing, you’ll be able to apply for University accommodation from 10:00 on 18 August 2026 once you have accepted your unconditional offer.
Before applying, we recommend reading our step-by-step guide to get familiar with the registration and room preference system.
You’ll be able to select five preferences based on your preferred area of campus, room type and catering option.
All students who join Loughborough through Clearing in 2026 are guaranteed University accommodation for their first year of study, provided they complete their accommodation application by 05:00 on 27 August 2026.

After you accept your accommodation offer
Once your accommodation has been confirmed, you will be invited to complete our hall induction process online where you can book an arrival slot for your allocated move-in date.
Each hall has an individual move-in date, check out our arrivals list to find out when you're invited to move into your new accommodation.
