Schedule of charges
Properties that have not been advertised by Loughborough University previously will need to be inspected by us.
We charge a one-off inspection fee of £136.00 per property. We aim to inspect every property advertised approximately every 2-3 years. There will be no additional charge for this.
Cost of advertising
Period 1: 12-month period from 1 November to 31 October
Period 2: 6-month period from 1 May to 31 October
Adverts may be purchased at any time within an advertising period and will expire on the last day of the advertising period in which they were placed.
All payments to be made through the Loughborough University Online store.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. We DO NOT supply invoices.
