Summer vacation accommodation
We recognise that some students may not be able to return home over the summer holidays and will require summer accommodation. We have a limited number of rooms available in our campus accommodation for students who wish to stay with us over the summer, with availability from 2 July to 16 September.
Hall options for summer accommodation
All hall options below are self-catered. Please note that halls are subject to availability as there are limited spaces in each hall.
If you are set to move out of your university halls on 29 June and need accommodation between 29 June and 2 July, please call the accommodation centre at 01509 274488.
Receptions for the available halls will remain open Monday - Friday 08:00 to 18:00. Students moving into summer accommodation will be able to collect their keys between 12:00 and 16:00 at their hall reception on their first contracted day.

All students must depart by 10am on the final date of their summer stay and keys should be returned to your hall reception.
How to request summer accommodation
Please use this form to register your request for accommodation during the Summer vacation period. We aim to respond to your request via email within 3 working days - during busy periods this may be longer. If your request is urgent then please telephone us on 01509 274488.
