Leadership Development Programme
Our award-winning two-year Leadership Development Programme will accelerate your development as an inspirational and supportive leader. You will be working as a Prison Officer, helping to rehabilitate prisoners and reduce the rate of reoffending. Alongside this you will be working towards a fully funded masters!
Entry Requirement: To have or to be expecting a 2.1 (Grade C in Maths and English GCSE)
