Description of the works
Alterations to the header pipework arrangement will be made within Stewart Miller plant room to change the radiant panel circuit from a VT to CT. The Anechoic chamber circuit will have a new 3 port control valve installed to the header pipework arrangement to change the circuit from CT to VT.
New 3 port Belimo control valves will be installed to all radiant panels throughout the lower and upper ground floors. Access to corridors, workshops, lab spaces and display area will be required for this work to access the high-level valves.
The BMS graphics will be updated to show the building layout with room temperatures heated by radiant panels, 2 space temperature sensors will be replaced with black bulb type to goods in SM2.24 and workshop SM2.35.
2no. radiators will be installed to offices SM2.134A/B.
