William Morris, otherwise known as 'Bill Mo', is situated across the road to the Students' Union only 200 metres from campus and is named after a 19th Century artist, designer, writer and socialist.

- Refreshers (early February): A social programme of events at the beginning of the second semester.
- Spring Elections (February): Nominate yourself for a committee position and/or vote on who you wish to run certain sections within your hall.
- Summer Ball (May): A summertime formal celebration to end your academic year.
- Hall Day (May-June): An outdoor fun-filled day of activities to destress before final exams.

Hall Chair
MUST LIVE IN HALLS - The hall chair runs weekly committee meeting. They oversee all areas of committee including delegating tasks and work in partnership with each section. They should network with the rest of the university for the benefit of the hall, attend Hall Student Federation meetings (including meetings with the university Senior Leadership Board) and work alongside the Warden in operations regarding the hall. They will be responsible for Writing their Hall Portfolio for the Hall of the Year Award.
Social Secretary
Responsible for all social activities of the hall, providing a range of different events; Work with external partners to organise events and promote Local Businesses in Loughborough; Responsible for Bill Mo Day, Winter and Summer Ball, Freshers and Re-Freshers; Consult and work closely with Warden team and Chairs.
Sports Secretary
(2 positions available) Responsible for the organisation and promotion of all hall sports and games; making sure that we are represented in all IMS games; ensuring that all ODEs have representatives and lots of spectators; promote and signpost hall members to different strands of Loughborough Sport (e.g. myLifestyle, social sport); Help support the booking of sports pitches for the training in hall sports teams.
Media & Stash Representative
Responsible to produce promotional material for the hall; Attend all events and take photos and videos to post; Design and order committee and hall stash and promotional items whilst working with the university and local businesses.
Action Representative
Must promote and coordinate action events within the hall, publicising the availability of events as much as possible; recruit volunteer teams of hall members for weekly A team projects; organise and lead hall food drives before winter and spring breaks.
Welfare & Diversity Representative
Organise and run events within the hall centered around welfare and diversity; signpost hall members to wellbeing support within the university and LSU.
Societies & Enterprise Representative
To promote and signpost hall members to Loughborough enterprise network events and workshops as well as LSU society events; build volunteer teams from the hall for Enterprise hall competitions; create collaborations with societies; organise events within your hall that promote entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial.
Rag Representative
Supports the engagement and inclusion of alumni, affiliate, international, and returning students within the Hall community. Key responsibilities include: organising events and initiatives tailored to AAIR members; promote inclusivity and integration within the Hall; providing support and signposting relevant University and LSU services; act as a liaison between AAIR students and the Hall Committee; attend relevant meetings such as the AAIR Rep Support Community to ensure AAIR students’ voices are heard.
