Workstream Lead and Subject Specialist
To work with IT Services on the design and development of the requirement and design specifications for a replacement for the existing Online Module Information system. To coordinate the finalisation of the requirement and design specifications, including stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
- Building on work already undertaken during the project, quickly gain an overview of the processes of all Schools (not just postholder’s own) and work with other team members to identify consistent approaches, whilst addressing subject specific needs where these are justified
- Act as the key point of co-ordination with academic Schools during the agile software development phase of new module information software
- Seek input from School colleagues (academic and administrative) and provide the School perspective during system development
- Communicate development progress and information on new processes to stakeholders, supporting preparation for future implementation
- Contribute to the identification and recording of issues which will need further review in later stages of the PMI project or other projects
- Play a key role in planning the acceptance testing and roll out of the new functionality which will take place from autumn 2023
