Inform the Graduation Office if you have any additional needs – for example you require assistance to cross the stage. The stage is accessible via stairs or ramps.
Check your data consent preferences !
Mid June
Check your data consent preferences in Self Service to ensure you are included/excluded from the graduation programme and other promotional materials. This will be part of the booking process.
Hire your graduation gown !
At least 21 days prior to the ceremony
Hire your academic dress (hat, hood and gown) from Ede and Ravenscroft.

Fee payment !

All outstanding academic fees must be paid in order for results to be released. If your results are not available via MyResults but you have paid all fees, please contact us.
Programme Boards and results
Early July
Programme Boards are held and results released. Your final results must be published by 3 July 2020 in order for your name to be listed in the graduation programme.
E-tickets !
Approx 1 week before the ceremony
E-tickets are sent. If you expect to attend the ceremony and have not received your e-ticket approximately one week before the ceremony, please contact the Graduation Office.
