Additional Guidance

• There are no caps on Creative Arts modules.
• The School reserves the right to withdraw optional modules if there is insufficient demand to make it viable to run the module. If this should happen, you will be contacted and asked to select an alternative module.

Selecting Your Optional Module

Once you have reviewed the information, please go to the MOCS system to make your choice.

The form is simple to use and will not allow you to select too many or too few credits.  You will only see the optional modules that are available to your programme. Once you have completed your selection, save your changes and the form will be submitted to us.  If you change your mind after submitting, you can complete the form again, providing the deadline has not passed.

Please ensure you make your selection by Sunday 19 May 2024

Q. Once I've submitted the form, is my choice fixed or is it possible to change it?

A. If you change your mind, it's not a problem.  You can edit your form right up until the deadline which is Sunday 19 May 2024.

Q. Are module choices allocated on a first come first serve basis? 

A. There are no caps on Creative Arts modules, providing you complete your choice by the deadline.

Q. Can I pick any modules I like or only something relevant to my course? 

A. When you access the module options form, you will see only the options that are available to you. These will vary depending on your programme. 

Q. I'm on Leave of Absence at the moment and the MOCS link doesn't work for me. 

A. Please review the module option information and then email your choice to UGArts@lboro.ac.uk

Q. I’m going on a placement next year. Do I need to choose my final year modules now?

A. No, you will be sent information next year asking you to choose your options.
