Arrival information
At Loughborough, we allocate students with a specific arrival date so that you don’t all arrive at once. This will enable us to control the number of people arriving on to campus each day and ensure the safety of all members of our community.
Arrival week is scheduled before your first day of term to ensure you have time to enrol, attend your induction and get to know other new students.
Once you have accepted your contract, you are required to complete an online Living in Halls induction with instructions on how to book your arrival slot.

All ONCAMPUS international pathway students in Faraday, Falkner Eggington, Hazlerigg-Rutland, John Phillips, Telford or William Morris should also move into their accommodation on Tuesday 24 September.
