The Department of Mathematical Sciences is based in the Schofield building, located centrally on the University campus. The building has recently undergone a £4 million refurbishment to equip it with dedicated resources for mathematics students.
As a postgraduate student, you will benefit from 24/7 access to computer labs in the Schofield Building and will also benefit from the co-location with the Mathematics Learning Support Centre.
The Department of Mathematical Sciences is part of the London Mathematical Society's Good Practice Scheme, which supports mathematics departments interested in embedding equal opportunities for women within their working practices.
