Teaching is delivered in several state-of-the-art performance and laboratory facilities including Powerbase - one of the world's largest elite strength and conditioning environments.
This world-leading gym space has been equipped with the highest level of training equipment from a variety of sport’s leading gym providers and is fully integrated with the latest technology and training equipment. The venue has been developed in collaboration with partners from PLAE, BLKBOX, Life Fitness, Eleiko, Output Sports, VALD and Technogym.
The facility is not only home to all Loughborough University performance athletes, but also a primary training hub for the English Institute of Sport, and for several national governing bodies of sport.
