Tracy is a people-centred designer who works in collaboration with industry partners across connected sectors such as transport and domestic energy. She is passionate about using research methods that ensure everyday product/service/system innovations are designed with the end users in mind.

Dr Stuart Cockbill

Senior Lecturer in Design

Dr Stuart Cockbill leads the Undergraduate Design course and is the Module Lead for the Service Design module on this programme. His research applies service design, co-design and systemic thinking, using data to develop future products and services within the energy demand reduction context.
