Loughborough University provides fantastic facilities for researchers. Our department recently moved to a renovated building with a new desk, chair and computer. These facilities truly help me focus on my research.

I enjoy contributing to a field that I believe is incredibly important. I love the process of research and the creation of new knowledge. Being part of this project and having ownership over such important work has been life-changing for me.

I love everything about studying for a PhD! It has been an amazing experience so far. I’ve met lots of interesting people who are doing cool science and have had the opportunity to learn loads from them.
