I was inspired by my parent's achievements which led me to pursue an advanced degree, especially from a top 10 UK university. The greatest skill I learned during my MSc is the approach to solving problems which I use on a daily basis at work.

I enjoy how much autonomy I have had over my work. This really enables me to develop as an independent researcher. I have also taken up many opportunities to progress and learn new skills from the courses on offer in the Doctoral College.

The department has exquisite facilities that help massively with my studies, such as the laboratory activities using engine dynamometer and battery testing abilities. Most importantly, there is a study trip to MIRA proving ground.
