New blog post looks behind student’s comparative study into social protests in Hong Kong and Ukraine

A new post on the Students as Researchers blog, which highlights innovative undergraduate research in International Relations, Politics and History, looks behind Harrison Winter’s dissertation project.

The project saw Harrison making a comparative study of social protest in Hong Kong and Ukraine, focusing on symbolism and violence, the social movements as ‘21st Century protests’, and the global ramifications of the protests.
