As part of celebrations for Pride Month in June, ‘We Are Loughborough’ will focus on inclusivity and recognition of our amazing LGBTQ+ community who enrich the University with their advocacy work and achievements.  

Anyone from the University can nominate an individual from Loughborough’s LGBTQ+ community, no matter if they are a staff member, student, or alumni. When the nomination window has closed, a selection panel made up of representatives from across the University will shortlist the nominees. These individuals will be invited to have their photograph taken for a portrait display which is scheduled to be unveiled on Wednesday 12 June.
