We provide students with a variety of excellent opportunities to meet employers. We run hugely popular careers fairs, skills sessions, company presentations, employer pop-ups and more. This gives you the chance to engage with employers both in person and online to explore a range of career options, talk directly to recruiters, hear about upcoming roles and get company specific information in an informal environment.

Workshop on Navigating the Workplace ahead of you starting your placement year. Open to students who are going on placement for the 2024/25 academic year. Topics covered include workplace behaviour, bullying and harassment, health and safety and managing conflict.

A work placement is a learning experience both in a personal and professional way, so it is important to make the most of the opportunity and stand out from the crowd.
