On each date, the downtime will be from 5pm to 5.30pm.
Workspaces hosted on the affected servers will not be available until the maintenance work has been completed.

- Tuesday 16 June - WS3 and WS4
- Wednesday 17 June - WS5 and WS6
- Thursday 18 June - WS7 and WS8
Find your Group Workspace server
Each server (WS1 – WS8) hosts multiple School and Professional Services Group Workspaces. If you access these regularly, follow the steps on the IT Services webpage to locate yours before the planned downtime.
These upgrades are essential to support the continued security, resilience and protection of University systems and data.
