Windows 11: Microsoft 365 Update – User improvements

You may have already noticed some small changes to the Microsoft 365 apps you use every day. These updates are part of Microsoft’s regular improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.

What’s new this month? 

  • The main change is an update to the ‘Start’ menu default view. 
  • A new layout will now be applied by default. 
  • This is designed to improve navigation and accessibility. 
  • The update will begin rolling out from 17 June. 

No action is required – the new view will appear automatically.
