Your Voice. Real Impact.
Our annual Staff Experience Survey is live until Monday 30 November, providing every colleague with an opportunity to share their experiences of working here at Loughborough and to help shape the future of our University.
Over the past year, colleague feedback gathered through a whole range of approaches, has shaped the development of our People & Culture Strategy, and the actions that sit beneath it. Your responses to the staff survey have already shaped:
- The launch of the Loughborough Management Programme (LMP) to ensure that leaders can develop the skills, mindset, and confidence to lead with purpose and authenticity.
- The introduction of the Loughborough Real Living Wage supplement to address pay compression for colleagues on spinal points F7 – F18.
- The design and rollout of GLOW Conversations – colleague voice was critical in shaping an approach that replaces PDR and supports a better colleague experience.

You will receive an email containing your personal survey link and details of how to participate. As in previous years, this will come directly from People Insight – an external organisation commissioned to run the survey on behalf of the University.
The use of an organisation such as People Insight means we can ensure confidentiality, benchmark our results against others in the sector and learn from best practice. The survey should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete, all individual responses will remain anonymous, and the confidentially of responses will be maintained by People Insight
