For Managers
This guide is for anyone responsible for the induction of a member of staff. This could be line managers and academic staff who are responsible for a member of staff’s induction (Induction Lead)
For New Starters
You and your Line manager/Induction lead will work through this checklist together.
Once you have completed this form, please sign with your line manager. You don't need to upload or send your checklist anywhere, this is for you and your line manager only.
