At Loughborough University we have a long history of welcoming students from Taiwan. This is largely due to our status as a top 10 university in the UK, and the two amazing campuses we have in two very different locations.
We visit Taiwan multiple times each year and we have students from across the region including Taipei, Tainan, Taichung, Kaohsiung and Hsinchu. There are currently 20 Taiwanese students currently enrolled with us. Almost 400 Taiwanese alumni have successfully graduated from Loughborough. Graduate destinations in Taiwan include Hewlett-Packard, HSBC, IBM, QTN Asia Holding Group, RT-Mart International Limited and UPS.
We’re incredibly proud of the inclusive community which our students have played a huge part in creating. If you decide to study here, you will join a vibrant, exciting and diverse body of students and receive a warm welcome from staff and students alike.
There are lots of ways you can choose to study here, whether you want to undertake an undergraduate degree, a postgraduate degree or postgraduate research degree. If you’re interested in pursuing a postgraduate degree or research degree, you can choose to study in London or Loughborough.
We have two amazing campuses
Loughborough campus
Our 523 acre single-site green campus in Loughborough, is the largest in the UK. It is home to around 18,000 students from over 130 countries. There are plenty of open spaces, gardens and sports areas along with academic buildings, student accommodation, medical centre, theatres, art galleries, cafés and shops. The campus is safe and the facilities are conveniently accessible by walking, bicycle or via the University bus service. This campus is located in the historic and pretty market town of Loughborough, in the southern part of the UK and centre of England, which is around 1 hour 15 minutes from the heart of London.
London campus
Our London campus opened in 2015 and is located on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Loughborough University London provides students with a unique study environment, strong links to local employers and innovative new master's degrees.
