Parallel Bars
Routines are performed on two parallel bars and consist of a mount, swinging skills, some with flight, held elements, and a dismount. Many of the swinging elements on parallel bars are similar to movements performed on the high bar, with the main difference being the shape and orientation of the bars and their effect on grasp and point of rotation. The felge or undersomersault on parallel bars can be performed with more than one technique, both of which derive from similar skills performed on the high bar.
