Research and expertise
I am an architectural researcher working across interdisciplinary feminist and new-materialist theory and creative practice. My research examines architecture’s ethical responsibilities within landscapes made vulnerable by extractive ideologies, approaching drawing as a critical mode of inquiry.
Through site-specific, practice-based methods, I develop feminist figurations that trace how late-liberal and capitalist modes of governance configure relations among ground, infrastructure, and human and more-than-human life. I examine how architecture produces or sustains these extractive conditions, while using drawing to imagine situated practices of vulnerability, accountability, and interdependence.
