In-house print
We are the university mandatory contract for print production and supply
Mandatory Contracts take a variety of forms, including higher education framework agreements and pre-agreed contracts. They have a different purchasing route depending on the nature of the product and the University’s operations.
The primary stance on printed materials is to always produce in-house making the most of the machinery the university has invested in.
Working with our creative team and our customers we ensure that outcomes are suitable for in-house production. In taking this stance, we can ensure that brand, quality and sustainability targets are always met. Through bulk purchasing of print materials, we achieve significant savings for the University.

What products are available to order?
The Online Shop has a wide range of products available through the four Shop fronts:
- Staff - This is for University business only and sits behind the singel sign on IT security. This Shop only allows Agresso code payment
- Student - all current students have access to the Shop and can pay by card
- Community - this is open to all staff, students, alumni, local community and enables users to purchase personal print and products using card payment only
Products are organised into categories according to what you, as the end user, might want
How do I place an order?
The Staff and Student Online Shops are controlled by university IT security and only let current staff and students in using their university credentials
The Community Shop and Lightning Shop are self registration access so anyone can sign up and order

What turnaround can I expect?
All of the Online Shops advise turnaround at the point of order and the system will advise on the first date that your order will be ready.
Where possible we complete jobs sooner and will let you know when jobs are aready for collection or delivery through our Parcel Tracker system

I am a member of staff and I can't see the product I need
As a member of staff you can request a new product be set up for sale on any of the Shops
All products take a minimum of ten days to create, test and publish
