Description of the Works
Loughborough College are to engage in the demolition of the existing sports pavilion and replace it with a new build sports hall and teaching block. This work is due to commence on 12 February 2024 until March 2025.
Whilst this is not a Loughborough University project, the activity will impact on the daily activity within this part of Campus, around School of Art and Design, during the period of demolition and construction.
The University is working in conjunction with the College to ensure disruption is limited during this period and that all health and safety issues are monitored, and the necessary precautions communicated and put in place by both the College and their principal contractor.
The School of Art and Design are aware of this project and with whom E&FM is liaising closely.
You are asked to take extra care when operating within this area and pay attention to any signage and warnings around the site.

Works to commence on 12 February 2024 until March 2025.
