Description of the works
Refurbishment of Martin Hall for the creation of studio spaces for SDCA provision. The first floor and the ground floor beyond the lobby area will be part of the building compound, with no access for staff or students throughout the duration of the works.
Martin Hall Café will be open and accessible throughout the works.
Martin Hall theatre will be accessible during the works.
Matin Hall gallery space will be accessible during the works.
Towers dining will not be impacted by these works.
