IT Services will be applying changes to the Adobe licences for staff. These changes will resolve some access issues that a number of colleagues have experienced in recent months as well as ensuring we can provide access to everyone who needs it. These changes will only affect the full version of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Cloud products for staff. Computer labs and student use will not be affected.
In order to make the changes, there will be no access to the full version of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Cloud products on Monday 28th November and Tuesday 29th November. You will still be able to create PDFs using Microsoft Office’s built-in Save as PDF feature and you will also still be able to open PDFs during this time.
Post upgrade
If you experience any issues using Adobe products following the change you should first sign out of the Adobe software by clicking on the user icon at the top right of the application and re-sign in.
