To assist with general queries and device connections, the IT Help tent will be based outside the Pilkington Library from 10:00am – 4:00pm on:

PC Clinic based in the library is by appointment only. Appointments can be booked via the PC Clinic booking system.
IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday from 8:45am – 5:00pm.
