On Wednesday, 26 July between 10:00am and 10:30am, the IdP service will be unavailable whilst maintenance to upgrade Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is carried out.
When signing into services using the Identity Portal (IdP) page, such as myHR and Learn, the MFA prompt will change from the Traditional Prompt to the Duo Universal Prompt.
The Universal prompt is currently in use across several services and will bring consistency to the MFA experience.

During the upgrade, the IdP service will be unavailable for a short period of time, temporarily limiting access to applications and services that use the IdP for authentication.
Anyone that has logged into a service using the IdP prior to the work starting, may receive an additional MFA prompt to re-establish access to the affected services.
