IT Services are aware that some colleagues are experiencing an error notification at the top of Microsoft Office applications installed on their University-issued laptops/desktops.
The notification states that the product has been deactivated and that features will be disabled. It requests that it be reactivated. This is due to an issue resulting from a recent change in Microsoft licensing, which IT Services is working to resolve.
If you do receive this message, please do not click to reactivate. Notify the Service Desk for assistance by emailing IT.Services@lboro.ac.uk and add ‘Microsoft Licence’ in the email subject line.
