Imago guest Wi-Fi & wired network downtime - Monday 05 August

Notice of outage

On Monday 05 August, IT Services will perform essential maintenance to upgrade the firewall that provides the Imago guest wireless and wired connections.

Between 07:00 am and 09:00 am, there will be a complete outage on the Imago Wi-Fi and wired network service.

How does this impact me?

The network will be unavailable. Devices connected to these networks will experience a loss of connectivity while the work is being carried out.

*Users will be required to reconnect devices once the upgrade has been completed.
